I encourage you to do these shorter well rounded practices in order. Each practice builds on your familiarity with the movement patterns. Cultivate confidence for the more challenging 60 min flows.
INTRO. This 30 min seated practice is offered as an option to focus solely on your feet & ankles.
Video 1. Cultivating balance & strength with fluency in the foot & ankle movement patterns. (45 mins)
Video 2. Use your toes to build muscle on the soles of your feet. Pick up and move an object with your toes! (35mins)
Video 3. Toe Yoga in various postures. Heel raises in upward facing table pose balance don a chair. Happy Baby. (35 mins)
The four 60 min flow practices can be done in any order.
