A series of three 40-min and four 60-min practices to nourish your shoulders

I invite you to go through the series in order the first time.

I encourage you to inter-mix the 40-min well-rounded practices with the 60-min juicer practices in any order you wish for future rounds.

  • Video 1. Warm up with global shoulder mobility patterns through the warm-up. Core & Hips strength. Spine length. IT Band & outer hip stretch. (40 min)

  • Video 2. Start standing with your centering practice. Synchronize breath and movement in standing and seated flows to calm your mind. Extra Shoulder love using your strap. Release on the earth and set your intention for the rest of your day. (40 mins)

  • Video 3. Thoracic spine and shoulder mobility are interrelated. Sensitize the back of the body. Breathe into your whole 3D structure. Support Side plank flow. Lunge with Side bend series. (40 mins)

  • Video 4. Shoulder love with mobility patterns, strengthening, and prop assisted stretches. Extended Side Angle. High lunge with side bend. Restorative inversion with legs on the chair. 60 mins)

  • Video 5. Arm and shoulders strength. Wall work for global shoulder/arm mobility & strength. Floor work for core, hips & legs. Chair variation of pigeon and breath observation. (60 mins)

  • Video 6. Standing postures & movement patterns using a block (squishy ball, roll of paper towels, anything light weight). Floor work for global mobility, side body stretch & strength using a squishy ball or firm cushion. (60 mins)

  • Video 7. Shoulder love and thoracic spine mobility through whole body movement patterns, chest expansion and upper back strength. Triceps push-ups at the wall into SPRING off the wall! (60 mins)
